About the Role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a highly skilled Industry Enablement Lead to drive sales growth and customer engagement across EMEA. As a key member of the AWS Global Sales team, you will develop and execute enablement strategies to empower account teams, accelerate new hire sales readiness, and optimize sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enablement programs to strengthen selling capabilities and accelerate growth
  • Develop and refine sales processes, procedures, and policies to drive sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, project managers, and marketing, to leverage resources and drive business impact
  • Partner with AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services to drive revenue growth and adoption
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel
  • Proven track record of defining, refining, and implementing sales processes and procedures
