Key Responsibilities- Design and implement enablement programs to strengthen selling capabilities and accelerate growth
- Develop and refine sales processes, procedures, and policies to drive sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, project managers, and marketing, to leverage resources and drive business impact
- Partner with AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services to drive revenue growth and adoption
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of defining, refining, and implementing sales processes and procedures
