EMEA Industry Enablement Lead, WWFE - Business Growth Strategist

**Job Summary**

Amazon Web Services is seeking a highly skilled Industry Enablement Lead to empower AWS Global Sales EMEA account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs.

This high-visibility role encompasses both developing enabling assets, guidance, programs, and processes for account teams, while also owning execution of each initiative individually and/or in concert with cross-functional team members.

This role could also potentially be based in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities, optimizing and accelerating new hire sales readiness/effectiveness, accelerating growth through AWS Partners and ProServe, advocating for the Field with cross-functional teams, and working to rally the organization around the voice of the field.

The role will be aligned to support an industry field organization, where you will have an opportunity to combine a passion for problem-solving, creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating sales productivity programs (live and virtually), and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.

This role also leverages cross-functional resources and internal teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, in order to gain leverage, drive programs, and business impact.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  2. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  3. Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  4. Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  2. Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations
