About the Role

Amazon Web Services is seeking an experienced Industry Enablement Lead to empower AWS Global Sales EMEA account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs.

This high-visibility role encompasses both developing enabling assets, guidance, programs, and processes for account teams, while also owning execution of each initiative individually and/or in concert with cross-functional team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities, optimizing and accelerating new hire sales readiness/effectiveness, advocating for the Field with cross-functional teams, and rallying the organizations around the voice of the field.
  • Align with an industry field organization, combining a passion for problem-solving, creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating sales productivity programs (live and virtually), and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.
  • Leverage cross-functional resources and internal teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, to gain leverage, drive programs, and business impact.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
  • Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations.
