About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to build and execute enablement plans for our Tech community in EMEA. This role will be responsible for the initial onboarding, continuing education, and career development of our SAs, CSMs and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute enablement plans and programs for the Tech community in EMEA.
  • Build relationships with all levels within EMEA Tech teams and the SSOE cross-functional teams to build and land effective readiness and high productivity enablement solutions.
  • Gather skills and competencies requirements from local SAs, CSMs and managers and combine with your enablement expertise to design and execute enablement plans and programs.
