About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and executing enablement plans for our Tech community. This role will involve working closely with sales teams, managers, and cross-functional teams to design and execute enablement programs that drive sales readiness and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enablement plans to support sales teams in EMEA
  • Collaborate with sales teams, managers, and cross-functional teams to identify skills and competencies requirements
  • Design and execute enablement programs to drive sales readiness and effectiveness
  • Build relationships with all levels within EMEA Tech teams and SSOE cross-functional teams
