About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to join our EMEA Worldwide Field Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing enablement plans for our Tech community in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enablement plans to support the initial onboarding, continuing education, and career development of our SAs, CSMs, and managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute enablement solutions that drive readiness and high productivity.
  • Gather skills and competencies requirements from local SAs, CSMs, and managers to inform enablement plans.
