About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to join our EMEA Worldwide Field Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing enablement plans for our Tech community in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enablement strategies to support the growth and success of our Tech teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective readiness and high productivity enablement solutions.
  • Conduct skills and competencies assessments to identify training needs and develop targeted enablement programs.
  • Build relationships with Tech teams and SSOE cross-functional teams to ensure seamless enablement and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and make recommendations for improvement.
