Job Title: Tech Enablement, Emea, Wwfe

Amazon is seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to build and execute enablement plans for our Tech community in EMEA. This role will be responsible for the initial onboarding, continuing education, and career development of our SAs, CSMs, and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute enablement plans and programs for the Tech community in EMEA.
  • Build relationships with all levels within EMEA Tech teams and the SSOE cross-functional teams to build and land effective readiness and high productivity enablement solutions.
  • Gather skills and competencies requirements from local SAs, CSMs, and managers and combine with enablement expertise to design and execute enablement plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
  • Enablement experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
  • Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations.
