**Job Summary**

AWS Emea Sarl (Spain Branch) is seeking a highly skilled Industry Enablement Lead to drive growth and success in the EMEA region. As a key member of the AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services team, you will be responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies to empower account teams and accelerate customer adoption.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement enablement programs to strengthen selling capabilities and optimize new hire sales readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for the field and drive business impact
  • Design and deliver scalable mechanisms to facilitate sales productivity and learning
  • Establish positive stakeholder relationships with field employees and internal teams
