Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Industry Enablement Lead to empower our Global Sales EMEA account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an enablement strategy to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities and optimizing new hire sales readiness/effectiveness.
  • Advocate for the Field with cross-functional teams and work to rally the organization around the voice of the field.
  • Combine a passion for problem-solving, creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating sales productivity programs, and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.
  • Leverage cross-functional resources and internal teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, to gain leverage, drive programs, and business impact.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
  • Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations.
