Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute an enablement strategy to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities and optimizing new hire sales readiness/effectiveness.
- Advocate for the Field with cross-functional teams and work to rally the organization around the voice of the field.
- Combine a passion for problem-solving, creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating sales productivity programs, and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.
- Leverage cross-functional resources and internal teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, to gain leverage, drive programs, and business impact.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
- Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations.
