Descripción del departamento/área: Buscamos incorporar a un/a Senior Real Estate Business Development en nuestro equipo de expansión. Tu tarea principal será:
- Expansión y apertura de nuevos clientes en sectores retail y real estate
- Negociación de contratos de arrendamiento
- Desarrollo de clientes estratégicos para ampliar la cartera de Wenea y su posterior conversión
- Soporte en planificación de despliegue y expansión
- Coordinación de equipos
Tu perfil: Experiencia de más de 5 años como business developer. Contacto con aperturas de negocio en Real Estate. Habilidades comunicativas y comerciales. Capacidad de organización, orientación a objetivos y trabajo en equipo.
