Back Office Administrative Specialist with German and English

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Babel Profiles. As a key member of our back office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Manage and resolve customer and business partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Back Office Support: Provide administrative support to the back office team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners and internal customers, providing a high level of service and support.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native or full professional level of German and professional level of English.
- Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial accounting principles and concepts.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or back office roles.
- Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork skills, collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP or other ticketing systems is a plus, as is experience in accounting.
