- Address queries originating from the supply chain business through various communication channels.
- Utilize the Genesys tool for tracking and resolving phone inquiries within a 48-hour timeframe.
- Conduct analyses of customer accounts using SAP and ICON systems.
- Initiate outgoing calls for clarification on customer requests.
- Administer service contracts, including activation, modification, transfer, extension, termination, or suspension.
- Maintain digital archives of contracts on the SCAT platform.
- Prepare and dispatch welcome letters to new customers.
- Be available for holiday duties as approved by the team leader.
- Possess a foundational understanding and some experience with SAP/FI.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Exhibit a high level of fluency in both English and German.
