Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, dedicated to serving the Benelux region. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective technical and administrative support to customers through various channels, including phone and email.
- Collaborate with peers and other customer-facing departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
- Proactively manage customer expectations and provide personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update our CRM system (SalesForce) with relevant information collected during customer service activities.
- Liaise with colleagues and cross-departmentally to provide comprehensive and researched answers to customers.
- Successful experience in a similar customer support role.
- Fluency in Dutch and French, with impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn new products and technologies and apply knowledge in a practical way.
- Proactive and reactive approach, with attention to detail even under pressure.
- Ability to follow standard processes and practices within set service levels.
- Team player with previous experience with CRM systems (such as SalesForce) an advantage.
