About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Webfleet Solutions. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide complete and thoroughly researched answers to customer inquiries.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations and provide personalized support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Update our CRM system with relevant information collected during customer service activities.

Requirements

  • Successful experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical support or customer service environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eager to learn new products and technologies, with a willingness to utilize knowledge in a practical way.
  • Ability to be both proactive and reactive, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Ability to follow standard processes and practices within set service levels.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems, such as SalesForce, is an advantage.
