About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Campaña - Customer Solution Specialist to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Meet and exceed customer service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support store teams in resolving customer web-related issues.
- Define and communicate online processes to store teams.
- Report customer incidents to functional areas and seek solutions.
- Manage customer refunds and compensations.
- Manage mass customer communications.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should have a strong customer service background and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to apply them in a retail setting.
