About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Architect to join our team as a CRM Specialist. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring alignment between our CRM solution and business needs.

Main Responsibilities
  1. System Ownership: Ensure the high availability and efficiency of our CRM system.
  2. Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to provide proposals for solutions, including design, estimate of time, cost, and resource.
  3. Architecture Alignment: Communicate and align with other architects to ensure solutions comply with higher-level architecture design.
  4. System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the system to ensure it runs properly as designed.
  5. Performance Improvement: Improve the solution based on enhancement requirements and analysis of performance.
  6. Priority Alignment: Work with the product owner to align priority and plan of requirements.
  7. Vendor Management: Collaborate with stakeholders on vendor management, including evaluation of proposals, quotations, and estimates.
  8. Project Implementation: Drive the implementation of projects and changes in the CRM area.
  9. IT Project Management: Act as IT project manager for the implementation of CRM-related solutions as needed.
  10. System Integration: Collaborate with stakeholders on system integration.
  11. Service Performance: Manage the service performance and improve the functionalities of the CRM system.
  12. Service Level Agreement: Ensure the service level agreement is in place for CRM and is fulfilled.
  13. Service Report: Deliver service reports of CRM and improve the quality of services.
  14. Business Process: Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate end-to-end business operational processes and service delivery processes.
  15. Budget Management: Manage the budget and cost of related delivery and support with stakeholders.
  16. Solution Design: Maintain the documents of solution design and knowledge of designated areas.
  17. System Performance: Communicate with stakeholders on system performance.
Requirements
  1. A degree in a relevant field and previous experience as an IT Architect would be an advantage.
  2. Strong business acumen and customer-centric approach.
  3. 5+ years of experience in CRM solutions.
  4. Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is necessary.
  5. Demonstrable experience of Dynamics CRM implementation and maintenance.
  6. Solid knowledge of business processes and technology in CRM areas.
  7. Agile ways of working with experience of agile methodology.
  8. Fluent in English.
