Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve customer and business partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Back Office Support: Provide administrative support to the back office team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners and internal customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of your work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Native or full professional level of German and professional level of English.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or back office administration.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of financial accounting principles and concepts, strong teamwork skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Education: Relevant education or training in a related field.
