We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Babel Profiles. As a key member of our back office team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Incident Management: Manage and resolve customer and business partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Back Office Support: Provide administrative support to the back office team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners and internal customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of your work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Language Skills: Native or full professional level of German and professional level of English.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or back office administration.
- Skills: Basic understanding of financial accounting principles and concepts, strong teamwork skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Education: Relevant education or training in a related field.
- Full-time Position: Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours and a hybrid working model.
