Key Responsibilities- Addressing customer and business partner inquiries and issues
- Providing support to the back office operations
- Acting as the primary liaison for business partners and internal stakeholders
- Delivering exceptional service through proactive engagement
- Ensuring consistent quality in all interactions
- Fundamental knowledge of financial accounting principles
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or back office roles
- A strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently and manage pressure
- Excellent teamwork capabilities and a collaborative approach
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset
- Familiarity with SAP or other ticketing systems is advantageous
- Experience in accounting is a plus
- Full-time employment, Monday to Friday
- Flexible working hours with a hybrid model (1 day in the office)
