Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our worldwide sales team. As a Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with our cutting-edge software solutions and help our customers achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales quota by selling PTC's software solutions to companies within targeted vertical markets.
  • Develop revenue forecasts in coordination with the Sales Director.
  • Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts.
  • Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients, and strategize, present, and demonstrate a tailored technology solution.
  • Build relationships with key executives and departmental managers.
  • Coordinate a large ecosystem of partners and technical sales resources taking part in the sales process.
  • Possess a technical understanding of customer's business objectives to map a strategy consisting of software, training, and implementation as a solution to those business objectives.
  • Provide leadership to a cross-functional account team.
  • Significantly extend the existing strategic relationship with customers/prospects.
  • Drive and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities.
  • Build high-level executive/SVP relationship sales long-term partnership.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Proven track record in selling enterprise solutions to major accounts.
  • Solid experience in discrete manufacturing industry with process industry domain expertise.
  • Successful sales track record.
  • Able to work in a team and goals driven.
  • Consistent top performer/President's Club or equivalent.

Basic Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and French or Italian is mandatory.
