Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Docplanner. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor revenue KPIs and track business results to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales operations processes to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
  • Analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively
  • Supervise KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams and provide actionable insights to team leaders and managers
  • Collaborate with global teams to align processes and ensure consistency
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate or master's degree in economics, statistics, business, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or business development project management
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
