Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Docplanner. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenue KPIs and track business results to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales operations processes to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
- Analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively
- Supervise KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams and provide actionable insights to team leaders and managers
- Collaborate with global teams to align processes and ensure consistency
- Undergraduate or master's degree in economics, statistics, business, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or business development project management
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
