Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in the Benelux & Nordic markets. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our SMB customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of SMB customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business and identify opportunities to drive growth and margin.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and education strategies for our customers.
  • Identify and resolve common issues within each account, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience in the Travel industry and/or SaaS products.
  • Strong technical aptitude and customer-focused mindset.
