Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to enhance efficiency and implement strategic initiatives for our Fusion sales team. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will optimize sales operations tools, provide support to sales leadership and representatives, and collaborate with cross-functional business partners to drive technical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, and monitor their use by sales representatives and leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales tools and oversee the selection and implementation of new tools.
  • Deliver and optimize sales pipeline and sales performance metrics, Salesforce reports and dashboards, and other tools, providing insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Assist sales leadership in developing accurate sales forecasts and planning models.
  • Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
  • English fluency.
  • 2-4 years of proven sales operations experience in a software sales organization.
  • Experience administering a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) and sales execution tools (i.e. Outreach, Gong).
  • Data-driven approach to identify key takeaways and priorities.
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally and internationally in both technical and big-picture terms.
  • Organization skills, self-motivation, and ability to work proactively.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs.
