Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Autodesk. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing efficiency and implementing strategic initiatives to drive sales productivity and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Support Sales Teams: Provide day-to-day operations support to sales teams based in various locations around the world.
- Administer Sales Tools: Administer sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, and monitor and encourage use by sales representatives and sales leaders.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales tools and oversee the selection and implementation of new tools.
- Deliver Sales Metrics: Deliver and optimize sales pipeline and sales performance metrics, Salesforce reports and dashboards, and other tools, providing insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
- Assist Sales Leadership: Assist sales leadership in developing accurate sales forecasts and planning models.
- Analyze Sales Processes: Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- English Fluency: English fluency is required.
- Proven Sales Operations Experience: 2-4 years of proven sales operations experience in a software sales organization.
- CRM and Sales Execution Tools: Experience administering a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) and sales execution tools (i.e. Outreach, Gong).
- Data-Driven Approach: A data-driven approach to identify key takeaways and priorities.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate cross-functionally and internationally in both technical and big-picture terms.
- Organization Skills: Organization skills, self-motivation, and ability to work proactively.
- Adaptability: Adaptability to changing business needs.
