Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze revenue KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales performance.
- Develop and implement automations to streamline sales operations processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to understand business problems and develop solutions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to team leaders and managers to improve productivity and sales performance.
- Train sales representatives on the use of CRM tools and sales processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as economics, statistics, business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and skills quickly.
