**Job Description**

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in monitoring our revenue KPIs and ensuring the effective execution of daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking business results and monitoring production KPIs concerning our CRM
  • Creating and updating automations related to sales operations processes on the Clinics segment to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfection
  • Gathering and analyzing data to understand problems and address them proactively
  • Supervising KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams and providing actionable information and useful insights for team leaders and managers
  • Participating in strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact
  • Training sales reps on the use of the CRM tool and related processes
  • Re-thinking processes, detecting bottlenecks, and pursuing improvements of automations, KPIs, and tools to increase efficiency
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration with team members and members of other departments
  • Ensuring leads are assigned and contacted promptly
  • Liaising with the global team to align processes with other countries

**Requirements**

  • Undergraduate or master's degree in economics, statistics, business, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or business development project management
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Excel and analytical thinking
  • Excellent team working, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new tools and skills
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
