**Job Description**
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in monitoring our revenue KPIs and ensuring the effective execution of daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking business results and monitoring production KPIs concerning our CRM
- Creating and updating automations related to sales operations processes on the Clinics segment to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfection
- Gathering and analyzing data to understand problems and address them proactively
- Supervising KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams and providing actionable information and useful insights for team leaders and managers
- Participating in strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact
- Training sales reps on the use of the CRM tool and related processes
- Re-thinking processes, detecting bottlenecks, and pursuing improvements of automations, KPIs, and tools to increase efficiency
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with team members and members of other departments
- Ensuring leads are assigned and contacted promptly
- Liaising with the global team to align processes with other countries
**Requirements**
- Undergraduate or master's degree in economics, statistics, business, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or business development project management
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical thinking
- Excellent team working, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to learn new tools and skills
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
