Autodesk is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to enhance efficiency and implement strategic initiatives in our sales team. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will optimize sales operations tools, provide support to sales leadership and representatives, and work with cross-functional business partners to drive technical projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support day-to-day operations for sales teams based in various regions.
- Administer sales tools, including CRM systems and sales execution tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance sales tools and oversee the selection and implementation of new tools.
- Deliver and optimize sales pipeline and sales performance metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Assist sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and planning models.
- Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
**Qualifications:**
- English fluency.
- 2-4 years of proven sales operations experience in a software sales organization.
- Experience administering a CRM system and sales execution tools.
- Data-driven approach to identify key takeaways and priorities.
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally and internationally in both technical and big-picture terms.
- Organization skills, self-motivation, and ability to work proactively.
