Sales Operations Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join Autodesk, a leading software company, as a Sales Operations Specialist. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and implementing strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day operations for sales teams based in various locations worldwide.
- Administer sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, and monitor their use by sales representatives and leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance sales tools and oversee the selection and implementation of new tools.
- Deliver and optimize sales pipeline and sales performance metrics, Salesforce reports and dashboards, and other tools, providing insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
- Assist sales leadership in developing accurate sales forecasts and planning models.
- Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- English fluency.
- 2-4 years of proven sales operations experience in a software sales organization.
- Experience administering a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) and sales execution tools (i.e. Outreach, Gong).
- Data-driven approach to identify key takeaways and priorities.
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally and internationally in both technical and big-picture terms.
- Organization skills, self-motivation, and ability to work proactively.
- Adaptability to changing business needs.
