Job Description
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency at Miodottore. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the effective execution of sales operations processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Track business results and monitor production KPIs related to our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Create and update automations related to sales operations processes on the Clinics segment to ensure maximum effectiveness and operational perfection.
- Analyze data to identify problems and develop proactive solutions.
- Supervise KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams and provide actionable insights to team leaders and managers to improve productivity.
- Participate in strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact.
- Train sales representatives on the use of the CRM tool and related processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, statistics, business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or business development project management.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Advanced Excel skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent team working, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and skills quickly.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
