Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

About the Role:

The Sales Operations Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for driving revenue growth and operational excellence. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be the operational enabler, ensuring leads are assigned and contacted promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor revenue KPIs and track business results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively.
  • Supervise KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams, providing actionable information and insights to improve productivity.
  • Participate in strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact.
  • Train sales reps on the use of the CRM tool and related processes.
  • Re-think processes, detect bottlenecks, and pursue improvements in automations, KPIs, and tools to increase efficiency.
  • Manage stakeholders and collaborate with team members and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or master's degree in economics, statistics, business, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or business development project management.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
  • Experience with CRM: Salesforce is a must.
  • Excel skills.
  • Analytical thinking and report creation.
  • Good with numbers and people.
  • Excellent team working, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Huge ease of learning new tools and skills.
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • SQL knowledge is ideal.
  • Datastudio knowledge is a plus.
  • Coaching knowledge is a plus.
