Job Title: Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Chartered Institute Of Procurement And Supply (Cips) in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing revenues, regulatory and contractual issues for a portfolio of assets in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of ~2 direct reports based in our Madrid office.
  • Oversee the monthly revenue accruals process and investigate discrepancies.
  • Maintain solar plant compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Support the management and resolution of complex contractual disputes.
  • Manage project company contract renewals and tendering.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to prepare project revenue budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage insurance renewals and claims.
  • Manage property agreements and relationships with landowners.
  • Support Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) compliance and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish/Portuguese.
  • Strong knowledge of PPA and revenue management within renewables.
  • Ability to work in a flexible working arrangement from either our London or Madrid offices.
