About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact in a company committed to innovation, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Spanish commercial organization to take the company to the next level by identifying and realizing sales opportunities with the group's international portfolio.
- Heading the commercial strategy and sales operations expanding the product portfolio and the customer universe in the Spanish market, with attention to revenue/pricing and cost management to increase profitability.
- Develop, drive and lead the organization, motivating the team, facilitating follow-up and being an inspirational leader, generating and fostering a positive and challenging atmosphere.
- Steering the day-to-day commercial operations in Spain, based on structured KPIs.
Proven experience in commercial management with focus on revenue growth, pricing/margin, sales/marketing (including innovation/new product development). Minimum 10 years of successful experience in commercial leadership. Deep understanding of the market, knowing main distribution channels and key players, especially in grocery and health retail chains, capable to establish new partnerships and strategic alliances to open up new business opportunities.
