- Establish strong connections with sales representatives and pre-sales engineers to qualify and nurture leads, ensuring a higher success rate.
- Conduct weekly meetings with sales representatives to strategize account objectives and synchronize outbound prospecting efforts.
- Engage in quarterly regional sales meetings to review company updates and business performance.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of competitive products and market trends through online resources and webinars.
Qualifications for Success:
- Proficient in both German and English (minimum C1 level for spoken and written communication).
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in the MEDDPICC methodology.
- Familiarity with sales platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator.
- A self-driven, proactive team player with creative ideas.
- Access to a personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
