Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Eurofragance. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Support the Office Manager team by performing tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Ensure the operation of office maintenance, including preventive maintenance, equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Provide information and answer questions from internal and external people.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist with meetings, including preparation of rooms, catering, and support.
  • Stock and maintain offices, including the kitchen.
  • Support invoicing and control of internal informatic systems.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, together with the rest of the team.
  • Arrange meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with administrative tasks.
