About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our ADT Spain business, driving sales growth and strategy across multiple sales channels. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering sales plans and growth targets, working closely with our EMEALA business model and leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and service solutions growth.
  • Lead the design and execution of sales channel strategies to improve effectiveness and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation and improve sales conversion rates.
  • Review and adjust sales price discipline to maintain or enhance margins and ensure market intelligence on price positioning.
  • Align sales structure with customer preferred sales methods.
  • Provide leadership and direction to sales teams to ensure they add value and support growth.
  • Develop and deploy sales excellence processes and tools to ensure performance levels.
  • Represent ADT Spain in internal and external business forums, promoting the brand and driving consistent focus on execution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of sales and management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in security-alarm monitoring industry as Sales Director.
  • Demonstrable experience in telecoms market as Sales Director.
  • Specific experience managing or matrix direction to a distributed sales organization in various sales structures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees/management and experience in a cross-functional matrix reporting structure.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Experience in national and multinational working environments.
  • Ability to understand and leverage cultural and market differences.
  • Gravitas and credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
