Job Title: Global SAP MPS/BPO Director

At SD Worx, we are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth of our International SAP Managed Payroll Services team. As the Global SAP MPS/BPO Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of payroll services to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the SAP international payroll practice, aligning with the company's growth expectations and organizational goals.
  • Direct and manage the SAP MPS Delivery Organization, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing.
  • Accountability for monthly leadership reporting across all countries and accounts, including reference ability, project status, change request targets, and missed SLA justifications.
  • Manage all aspects of Payroll Service Delivery, including setting service standards, managing services quality, and managing costs.
  • Ensure client confidential information is managed securely and proactively address any process gaps.
  • Act as the control owner for SOX related to the SAP Payroll Delivery and ensure timely and accurate administration.
  • Collaborate closely with technology teams to ensure all systems and integrations related to payroll are operating efficiently and accurately.
  • Oversee the SAP Payroll Delivery support to the project team for the implementation and onboarding of new clients according to company standards.
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for clients regarding payroll services.
