About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our ADT Spain business, driving sales growth and expansion in the region. As a key member of our EMEALA Subscriber team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of sales and management experience
  • Demonstrable experience in security-alarm monitoring industry as Sales Director
  • Demonstrable experience in telecoms market as Sales Director
  • Specific experience managing or matrix direction to a distributed sale organisation in various sales structure
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees/management and experience in a cross-functional matrix reporting structure
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
  • Experience in national and multinational working environments
  • Ability to understand and leverage on cultural and market differences
  • Gravitas and credibility to influence senior stakeholders
