En Gaboral FyE S.L., empresa líder en soluciones de recursos humanos, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Becario en Marketing altamente motivado/a y creativo/a para unirse a nuestro equipo en Jerez de la Frontera. Responsabilidades:
  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing digital para promover los servicios de la empresa.
  • Gestionar y optimizar las campañas en redes sociales (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Crear contenido atractivo y relevante para blogs, publicaciones informativas, y otros canales de comunicación.
  • Analizar y reportar el rendimiento de las campañas de marketing mediante herramientas de análisis web.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de ventas y reclutamiento para desarrollar materiales de marketing efectivos.
  • Mantenerse al día con las tendencias del mercado y las mejores prácticas en marketing digital.
Requisitos:
  • Estudiante de Grado o Máster en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad o un campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en un rol de marketing, preferentemente en el sector de recursos humanos o servicios.
  • Dominio de herramientas de marketing digital (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
  • Creatividad e iniciativa para proponer nuevas ideas y estrategias.
