Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agronomic Marketing Specialist to join our team at Gemini Agri Farm Solutions Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regional agronomic marketing plans, organizing trial programs for customers, and gathering trial data and testimonies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional agronomic marketing plans to support customers and maintain maximum production.
  • Organize trial programs for customers to determine the best method of improving crop production.
  • Gather trial data, photos, and testimonies of farmer cooperators.
  • Assist in the conduct of technical competency training in assigned territories.
  • Support business growth through the expansion of product portfolio.
  • Submit monthly reports and maintain an up-to-date database monitoring of Demo Farms.
Requirements
  • Preferably a degree holder in Agriculture Major in Crop Science or any related field.
  • With or without experience in the agricultural field.
  • Can drive a motorcycle and has a driver's license.
  • Knowledge of agri-food chain processes.
  • Organization and planning capabilities.
  • People management skills.
