Direct Marketing Specialist

At Mass Markets, we're seeking a talented Direct Marketing Specialist to drive our digital marketing efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in executing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with our regional growth strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and funnel analytics.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Contribute to managing the customer account journey, ensuring consistent and personalized user experiences.
  • Support the refinement of cross-channel digital strategies based on data insights and regional market nuances.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Marketing degree or certifications preferred.
  • 2 years' experience in a marketing position.
  • Proven experience in analyzing data from direct marketing projects.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.
