Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

At Mass Markets, we're seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with regional growth strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel analytics using advanced reporting and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates, ensuring a tailored approach to each market.
  • Contribute to managing the customer account journey, ensuring consistent and personalized user experiences that promote funnel progression and customer engagement.
  • Apply analytical skills to identify innovative approaches and test new ideas to fill gaps in MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) or pipeline.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Marketing degree or certifications preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing position.
  • Proven experience in analyzing data from various digital marketing projects, with a focus on extracting actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience and advanced skills in using data analytics and reporting tools, familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.
