We are seeking a Direct Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities:**
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with regional growth strategies and business objectives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel analytics using advanced reporting and analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with regional teams, including Marketing, xDR, Ops & Analytics, to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. Collaborate with the global digital growth team to tailor campaigns for regional resonance and optimization.
- Contribute to managing the customer account journey, ensuring consistent and personalized user experiences that promote funnel progression and customer engagement.
- Support the refinement of cross-channel digital strategies based on data insights and regional market nuances, ensuring a tailored approach to each market.
- Apply analytical skills to identify innovative approaches and test new ideas to fill gaps in MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) or pipeline. Ensure regional considerations are factored into global marketing initiatives.
- Keep up to date with regional digital marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
**Requirements:**
- Marketing Degree or Certifications Preferred
- 2 years' experience in a Marketing position
- Proven experience in analyzing data from various direct marketing projects, with a focus on extracting actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience and advanced skills in using data analytics and reporting tools. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and draw practical conclusions that drive marketing effectiveness
