Logistics Project Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Project Professional to join our team at Körber Supply Chain Madrid S.L.U. in Madrid, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and communicating relevant information from suppliers, procurement, and logistics service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational logistics status and inform involved stakeholders adequately, deriving and implementing alternative measures to adapt to changing situations.
- Complete and communicate deficiency and status reports regarding material and product availability for Project Logistics Management (PLM).
- Document and process complaints or transport damages, in cooperation with other accountable stakeholders (PLM, Purchase, Insurance, Controlling, Quality, Engineering), and propose and implement remedial measures with transport service providers.
- Coordinate return of logistics infrastructure and on-site equipment used, in support of Project Logistics Management, and steer respective logistics operations with service providers.
- Support PLM in development, calculation, and implementation of logistics contingency measures.
- Support PLM in concluding project evaluation and advancement of the project-specific process of customer supply.
- May support PLM in tender preparation as well as supplier evaluation.
