Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities between distribution centers, contracted carriers, and local sales organizations. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth delivery operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation activities between distribution centers, contracted carriers, and local sales organizations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve transportation operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational transportation processes and planning.
- Knowledge of European transportation legislation.
- Business-mindedness and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to collaborate and share best practices with others.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
