Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Industrial Logistics Division. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of cargo from origin to destination, ensuring seamless transportation and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate commercial and technical offers preparation support
- Ensure implementation of transportation and freight expenditure in accordance with preset criteria
- Implement working procedures alongside adopted shipping, consolidation, and logistics strategy
- Verify and evaluate technical suitability of proposed method of transport and identify Required-On-Site (ROS) date for material and equipment released for shipment
- Attend project progress meetings and meetings at clients' or suppliers' facilities when requested
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Project Logistics or FCL transportation
- Experience with logistics operations management in the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage
- Proven knowledge of the freight forwarding industry
- Knowledge of Project Cargo transportation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach
- Ability to work both individually and in a team
