Job Title: Project Coordinator (Industrial Project Logistics Division)

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our Industrial Project Logistics Division in Madrid. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of cargo from the point of contractual origin to destination.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation of commercial and technical offers to support the implementation of transportation and freight expenditure in accordance with preset criteria.
  • Ensure the implementation of all transportation and freight expenditure ahead of actual movements.
  • Implement working procedures alongside the adopted shipping, consolidation, and logistics strategy.
  • Verify and evaluate the technical suitability of the proposed method of transport and identify the Required-On-Site (ROS) date for the material and equipment released for shipment.
  • Attend project progress meetings and meetings at clients' or suppliers' facilities when requested.

Our Expectations:

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Logistics or FCL transportation.
  • Experience with logistics operations management in the Oil & Gas industry will be an advantage.
  • Proven knowledge of the freight forwarding industry.
  • Knowledge of Project Cargo transportation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team.
