Overview

IE University is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Coordinator for the CIVICA Alliance project. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating our involvement in this prestigious European university alliance.

Responsibilities

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating IE University's involvement in the CIVICA Alliance project across various work packages led by partners.
  • Managing budgets and overseeing project planning, coordination, and partnership relationships.
  • Coordinating research activities and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Writing reports and evaluations on implemented projects.
  • Designing project timelines and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Participating in meetings with internal collaborators and external counterparts to ensure timely delivery and full participation.
  • Effectively communicating project deadlines, objectives, concepts, and ideas.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure a 360-degree view of collaboration with other partners, deliverables, and deadlines.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Experience in managing and overseeing budgets.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to think strategically and run complex projects with relatively little oversight.
  • Experience in overseeing development and execution of a project.
  • Ability to create a sense of community amongst project teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
