Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Northern and Eastern Spain

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Northern and Eastern Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and market expansion for our portfolio of urology and medical technology products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share in the designated regions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors and hospital administrators.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations in operating rooms to highlight Dornier MedTech's technologies.
  • Provide training and support to medical staff on the effective use of Dornier MedTech products.
  • Oversee and monitor sales activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies tailored to the regions.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically with a proven track record in consumable medical products.
  • Hands-on experience performing product demonstrations in operating rooms and engaging with medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and Catalan, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
