Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Dornier MedTech Systems GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and market expansion for our portfolio of urology and medical technology products in Northern and Eastern Spain, including the Balearic Islands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share in the designated regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations in operating rooms to highlight Dornier MedTech's technologies.
- Provide training and support to medical staff on the effective use of Dornier MedTech products.
- Address and resolve technical issues during demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and monitor sales activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies tailored to the regions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically with a proven track record in consumable medical products.
- Hands-on experience performing product demonstrations in operating rooms and engaging with medical professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and Catalan, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
